Deanwood Deli

So happy to see this place open up! A great spot with some really great deli options. The staff were very friendly. The tuna sandwich was very tasty. The crab cake sandwich was a good size and also was delicious. The potato salad and cole slaw were also on point! Will be back!!

What a pleasant surprise, I was working on a project near by, and thought to try this place, and i am glad that i did. I had the fish sandwich it is differently one of the best if not. THE BEST light is flaky inside crispy golden outside, and it tasted fresh light and amazing. Will be coming back for more.

We were two lost tourists flailing around looking for something to eat and stumbled onto to this place. OMG the food was delicious. I had a crab cake and she had a fish sandwich. We were in town for 10 days and ate at a lot of different places and this was in the top 3 for both of us. Will definitely return.

Great Reuben sandwich - the sauce was elite and the melted cheese really made it. Great customer service, reccomend. Just wish I could have tried the sides which were sadly sold out.

TORCH! TORCH! TORCH! My first time trying their garden salad with salmon & LAWDDDD Food was fresh as well as the lemonade. Great customer service from all the staff. If your looking for some GOOD EATZ COME TO DEAN!!!

So happy this place has finally opened! The wings are an easy winner in every flavor- they reheat perfectly in the air fryer for a late night snack. The crab cake sandwich is solid. The fried chicken sandwich is hit or miss- would like to see a crispier breading for the chicken. The fish sandwich was good. Their juices are sweet and make excellent mixers. Wouldn't recommend this spot to anyone watching their sugar or salt intake. Looking forward to seeing the patio space get some seating (hopefully also some shade sails too!)

I had a great experience. They were so patient and kind as I took my time deciding. There are not too many classic deli's around anymore (especially after 4 PM) and I just wanted to a regular deli sandwich--and so I came from across town for this spot. The owner was also very kind and offered me a complimentary drink. I chose their housemade Mango cold-press--quite delicious and not overly sweet! Very happy to see a locally black-owned restaurant bringing quality food at reasonable prices, in a casual carry-out setting. They do have their own spin on things so I would not call this the most classic deli. Still everything I had was good and fresh. It's too bad some of the negative reviews. I hope they are able to achieve more consistency.
